I’ve spent nearly 25 years in mortgage banking, applying data, analytics, and real-world strategy to transform home financing into a disciplined wealth-building tool — not a debt trap.

My approach mirrors how business owners think — with clarity, accountability, and strategy. Every decision must create leverage, protect liquidity, and strengthen long-term outcomes. Using data, math, and financial insight, I help clients turn their mortgages into wealth-building tools, not debt traps.

The Journey

I was raised by immigrant parents who left Fiji to give their kids a better life. They taught me honesty, sacrifice, and work ethic — values that shaped every step of my 20+ year career since I started in mortgage banking in 2001.

I’ve done the rounds: underwriting, credit risk, analytics, sales management, technology, and corporate strategy. That breadth gave me one clear takeaway — most of the industry sells products, not solutions. I built ALLIFI to change that.

Education & Perspective

I hold an MBA in Advanced Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy, but my real education came from watching families like mine turn modest incomes into generational wealth through smart homeownership. That’s not luck — that’s strategy. And it’s what drives me every day.

I recharge by spending time with my family — whether it’s fishing, heading Up North, or getting way too competitive over a game of Uno. I’m inspired by history, grounded in culture, and guided by a simple belief: true financial freedom only lasts when it’s built on integrity.
