About Imran
Husband. Father. Consumer advocate.
I believe financial decisions should improve lives—not simply generate transactions.
My parents immigrated to the United States from Fiji with little more than faith, hard work, and an unwavering belief that treating people fairly would eventually lead to success. Those values shaped who I am, and they became the foundation upon which I built ALLIFI.
After more than 25 years in real estate finance, I became convinced that consumers deserve something better. Too often, life-changing financial decisions are influenced by sales quotas, compensation structures, and conflicting interests. Families are left to navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives with incomplete information and very little independent guidance.
I created ALLIFI to challenge that model.
People before profit.
Education before sales.
Transparency before pressure.
ALLIFI is a central hub for transparent, data-driven education and guidance designed to help individuals and families make better decisions throughout life’s major transitions.
We believe important decisions should be guided by facts, math, and long-term outcomes—not narratives, pressure, or hidden agendas.
Today, ALLIFI provides data- and math-driven guidance surrounding:
- Housing Wealth Strategies
- Retirement Planning Through Housing Wealth
- Divorce and Estate Advisory
- Consumer Savings and Financial Efficiency
- Real Estate Education
Perhaps the most important part of this journey is the mission behind it.
Through the ALLIFI Foundation, we are committed to protecting seniors, promoting financial transparency, and helping vulnerable individuals preserve their dignity, independence, and quality of life. Our vision is to provide education, advocacy, and support to families navigating some of life’s most difficult financial and personal challenges.
My goal has never been to simply help people complete transactions.
My vision is to build a platform that empowers families to make smarter decisions and achieve stronger outcomes.
Because wealth is about far more than money. It is about security, independence, peace of mind, and knowing that the people and organizations you trust are putting your interests first.
At its core, ALLIFI exists for one purpose:
To help families make better decisions and create stronger futures through education, transparency, and data-driven guidance.
I hold an MBA in Advanced Finance from the University of Detroit Mercy, but my greatest education came from watching families like mine build wealth through disciplined decision-making, strategic ownership, hard work, integrity, and long-term thinking.
I’ve been married to my best friend since 2005 and am a proud dad of two amazing kids—and our Havanese, Max. Outside of work, we recharge by heading Up North, playing fiercely competitive rounds of Uno, and exploring Michigan towns and the stories behind them.
What I believe
- People should come before profit.
- Consumers deserve transparency, not confusion.
- Major financial decisions should be backed by math, supported by data, and shaped by decades of practical experience.
- Families and seniors deserve dignity, clarity, and protection.
